Reading the suffixes

Mean Well encodes features in the part number. A trailing B usually means 0-10V or PWM dimming, AB adds dim-to-off, and D2 indicates DALI-2 control.

The HLG family is the workhorse for outdoor and high-power fixtures, with rugged IP-rated housings and adjustable output.

Decode before you buy. Two drivers can look identical but differ in dimming and IP rating by one suffix letter. Confirm the exact suffix matches your control and environment.
