The Bridgelux Vero series is a widely used family of chip-on-board (COB) LED arrays found in directional and high-output fixtures like downlights, track heads, and high-bays.
| Property | Typical |
|---|---|
| Package | Chip-on-board (COB) array |
| Array sizes | Vero 10, 13, 18, 29 by footprint |
| Color temperature | 2700 K to 5700 K |
| CRI tiers | 80, 90, 97 |
| Flux range | about 1,000 to 25,000+ lm |
| Common use | Downlights, track, high-bay, spots |
Why COB arrays
A COB array packs many LED dies under a single phosphor layer, creating one bright, compact emitter that is easy to focus with a reflector or TIR lens. That makes Vero a natural fit for spot and accent optics.
Vero is known for tight color consistency and a choice of CRI tiers, so you can match output and color quality to the application.

About the Bridgelux Vero Series
The Bridgelux Vero Series is a widely used family of chip-on-board (COB) LED arrays, popular for a strong balance of efficacy, output, and value, and for broad support from third-party holders and optics. Like other COBs, a Vero array concentrates many chips into one emitting surface for a compact, bright source well suited to spotlights, downlights, and track lighting. Choose a specific Vero by the metrics that matter: lumens for output, efficacy (lm/W) for running cost, CRI for color accuracy, color temperature for appearance, and the light-emitting surface (LES) diameter, which sets the reflector or lens you can use.
