Where Inventronics fits

Outdoor and roadway fixtures face surges, heat, and long maintenance cycles. Inventronics drivers are built for that, with high surge immunity and long-life designs.

Programmable output lets one driver cover many fixture wattages, which simplifies inventory for large projects.

Spec the surge rating. For pole-mounted and exposed fixtures, choose a driver with a high surge rating (10 kV or more) and proper IP sealing to survive the outdoor environment.

See the Mean Well Driver Guide and the Driver Efficiency Table.

Choosing an LED driver

Inventronics is a manufacturer focused on LED drivers — the power-supply electronics that convert mains voltage into the constant current an LED array needs. Their range is known for rugged, outdoor- and industrial-rated units and for programmable drivers whose output current can be set to fine-tune a fixture’s wattage and lumen output. When matching any driver to a fixture, the essentials are the same: the output voltage range must cover the LED load’s forward voltage, the output current must match the array’s rating, and the wattage must meet or exceed the load. For demanding installs, also check the IP rating, surge protection, and dimming protocol (0–10V, DALI, or PWM).
