To track your caffeine intake, multiply the number of servings by the caffeine in each. This formula adds up a day of coffee, tea, and other sources.

Total (mg) = Servings × mg per serving

Worked example

Three 8 oz cups of brewed coffee at about 95 mg each is 3 × 95 = 285 mg of caffeine.
