Oven Temperature Chart

Recipes from different countries use Fahrenheit, Celsius, or British gas marks. This chart converts between all three, with the common description for each setting.

Fan (convection) ovens run hotter. Reduce the temperature by about 25°F (15°C), or shorten the time, when a recipe is written for a conventional oven.
